1. Motivation:
- In Japan, the population of the elderly people with some kind of
functional disorders will be increased. One of Japanese Government is to
hire oversea workers. These foreigners will need many services to help
them to adaptive new life.

2. Competition:
- Public service supported by Japanese Government: Good with high
Japanese language skill.
- Existing web services (Forums in their native languages): Good to
solve general issues but not complex ones because of not enough users.

3. Our services:
- Users do not need to speak Japanese: Multi-language services are provided.
- Users can find a solution for complex issues if a large number of
users join our web services.
